  • First, take out the wings from the refrigerator but make sure to set them aside for few minutes. Let it lose the chill and adapt the room temperature.
  • Heat the frying pan on high temperature
  • Spill some oil on the frying pan
  • Wear your cooking gloves and carefully place the chicken wing on the pan surface
  • Fry the wing for 2 – 3 minutes on one side and then turn the side. Spend some time to on each side of the wing and make sure it is evenly heated.
  • Keep checking the wing till it turns in golden brown colour and once that’s done, remove the wings from the hot oil and plate them.
  • Allow the wings to cool down and then enjoy hot and spicy.

Notes: You are recommended to use the tongs so that the hands are safe. Also, if you don’t want to eat dripping oil from the wings then better place some paper towels on the plate before placing the wings on the plate.

  • Aluminium Foil


  • To start with, you first have to pre-heat the oven on a temperature of 350 degrees.
  • Take out the chicken wings from the fridge and put them aside for 10 minutes.
  • Now, prepare the baking pan by simply wrapping it with the aluminium foil from insides
  • Its time to add the wings in the pan and set inside the oven. Make sure the timer is set to 15 minutes.
  • Take them out and check for the crispy golden look
  • Allow them to cool for 5 minutes and then plate them to serve

Note: Make sure to spray some water on the wings before placing them in the oven to avoid dryness.

  • Now, place damp paper towel on a microwave safe plate.

  • Over the wings, again make a layer of damp paper of towel. This will help the wings to retain the moisture.
  • Now, turn the microwave on medium heat
  • You only have to warm the wings inside the microwave. So, place the plate inside the microwave and keep it inside for 2 minutes only on medium heat.
  • Now the microwaved wings should be placed on the baking tray for further reheating
  • On 350 degrees F temperature, place the wings in the oven
  • Set them there for a minute

  • Use another minute to heat them from the changed side.

  • Aluminium foil
  • Skillet
  • Cooking Oil
  • Tongs
  • Wire Rack


  • Take out the skillet and heat some oil in it.
  • Now, check the oil temperature while sprinkling some water on it. If the oil fizzles then it means that you can now place the wings inside.
  • Use tongs for placing wings inside the pan. Now sauté them for 2 – 3 minutes. Start with one wing to understand how much heating is required for thorough heating.
  • Make sure to change the sides of the wings so that you have covered all the sides. Each side should have golden colour.
  • Now, place the prepared wings on the wire rack for some time so that it can retain the required crisp.
